Refund policy
To start the refund process, be sure to email contact us at asianscentsco@gmail.com with your order number or proof of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within seven (7) days of purchase if the candle is in the original condition and packaging. Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit.
We will review items that are eligible for a return. If you elect to return your candle completely, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions. Goods that have been delivered to us without notification will not be entertained.
We are committed to processing refunds quickly via bank transfer, so you will likely receive notice of your refund within a day of your return arriving to our studio. Refunds can take 1-2 weeks to be reflected in your account. Of course, we are always here if you need any help along the way.
Any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement. Else, the customers may dispute for credit not processed and merchant shall be liable for the disputes received.
Please note that if you chose to return an item outside of the standard process, we will not be able to reimburse for return shipping and your refund will be delayed due to additional processing time.
